Meet Our Team

Janet joined our team in June 2022. She graduated from the University of Phoenix in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in human service management. Janet loves the fact that she can trust both Dr. Thai and Dr. Nam as they have the most genuine interest for patients’ well-being.

Janet understands that patients can feel overwhelmed with verifying their own insurance benefits and may not know where to start. She has over 10 years of dental experience, and she can gather insurance information for all patients, explain to them their benefits, and provide them with an insurance estimate for their needed procedure. She is happy to help contribute to a stress-free experience for our patients.

Janet is a mother to an amazing five-year-old boy. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with him. She loves to seek out activities to create core memories with her little one. Currently, their favorite place to frequent is the Pacific Science Center.

Ashley went through an accredited dental assisting program at Renton Technical College, and graduated with honors before joining the practice in January of 2019. She loves getting to know and building trust with each patient, establishing friendships that she values. She also enjoys helping make sure that patients fully understand their treatments, as well as creating same-day dental crowns.

Ashley has a mother, who is her biggest support, and an older sister, Perla, who also works at Premier Smiles of Bellevue as a dental assistant. Ashley enjoys going to the gym and to the movie theater on weekends. She also like to tell jokes like these:

• “What do you call a bear without teeth?” A gummy bear.
• “Flossing without brushing is like mopping without sweeping first.”

Perla graduated from the certified dental assistant program at Renton Technical College with honors just like her sister. She joined the practice in April 2021 and enjoys being part of a great team that provides excellent dental care. She loves working with and giving knowledge to patients on how to achieve a confident, beautiful smile. She also enjoys providing patient care and delivering exceptional dental experiences to ensure healthy smiles to her patients.

Perla grew up in Washington her whole life with her mother and her sister, Ashley, who also works at Premier Smiles of Bellevue, and a younger brother. She does not have children but has a cute little French Bulldog named Louie, who is very adventurous and takes up a lot of her time outside of work. She enjoys photography, traveling the world, baking yummy treats and going on small hikes with Louie.

Tina started joined our team in September 2022. She is currently pursuing her dental hygiene degree and taking her prerequisites at Bellevue College. Tina loves doing same-day dental crowns and meeting new patients. She also loves how this office works together as a team. Tina helps patients by communicating with them to ensure they have a great experience.

Tina’s mom is her biggest supporter, and outside of work, Tina enjoys traveling and hanging out with friends.

Rachael graduated with honors from Clark College in 2011 before eventually joining the practice in October 2020. She loves her coworkers, the chill vibe at Premier Smiles of Bellevue, and how everyone works hard and helps each other. She absolutely loves keeping patients healthy and happy.

Rachael has a husband named Nikolai, whom she loves to travel with, and a dog named Yogi. She enjoys any form of exercise but especially hiking.
